Psalm 89:14-15
“Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; love and faithfulness go before you. Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, O Lord.”
Zechariah 6:13
“It is he who will build the temple of the Lord, and he will be clothed in majesty and will sit and rule on his throne. And he will be a priest on his throne. And there will be harmony between the two.”
Hebrews 4:16
“Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.”
All hail to you, Almighty King, sovereign of this footstool earth.
From the dais of high justice, yours is the privilege to banish the corrupt. At your right hand sits our royal priest, beckoning us forward as beloved subjects of the kingdom.
Reign supreme in our hearts as we kneel before your majesty. By grace may we touch your throne as we offer up our reverent requests.
Boldly we pray in the name of Christ, who willingly abdicated his crown to grant us a hearing with the Father.
